Return Policy

At The Avondale Sisters, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items can only be returned after they have been delivered.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs, customs duties, or fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Fitting is allowed; wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.
  • Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or items are not accepted as part of our return policy.

Return Process

  • You must request a return by contacting us via info@theavondalesisters.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.
  • The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping costs and customs fees.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace), as we cannot process returns without proof of shipment.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and approval of the returned item.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. If a return package is lost and no valid tracking proof can be provided, the refund may be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
